It can take anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes. Prior to your party, one of our team members will schedule a set up time with you.
We get it, things happen. If you need to postpone, we will work with you to reschedule your event to another day that will work. The deposit will be applied towards the cost of another party.
We will gladly work with you to choose an alternative date for your party. The deposit will be applied towards the cost of another party.
We ask that no pets are in or directly around the party setup area.
All parties MUST be set up in a smoke-free environment.
If the teepee tents and accessories are soiled with the smell of smoke the hirer will be charged a cleaning fee.
Each teepee requires approximately 1.2 x 2.2 that includes the mattress and tray.
The DIY set up option requires you to collect and return the slumber party packages to Once Upon a Sleepover in Wakerley Qld, set up and pack down the party yourself at no charge, just the standard hire fees.
We DO NOT require a bond for party packages set up, styled and packed down by the Once Upon a Sleepover Team. However, we do require payment of $100 DIY set ups. For security purposes we also request a copy of your Drivers’ Licence if you’re undertaking the DIY option.
Yes-We require a $50 deposit to secure your booking with the remaining balance due a week before your Slumber Party.
All parties must confirm final guest numbers a week before the slumber party otherwise full amount will be charged.
Payments can be made via direct bank deposit, Visa, Mastercard or PayPal, however PayPal fees will be charged to the customer Transfer via EFT is our preferred method of payment.
Delivery times are between 8.00am to 4.30pm
While we understand that every party is a special event and we do try to have all parties delivered by 3.30pm, we are also governed by location and travel time, which may extend delivery to 4.30pm.
Delivery times are confirmed between 2 to 3 days before your party as we take bookings up to that time.
We will endeavour to accommodate all Slumber Parties where possible. If you require your Slumber Party to be setup upstairs, we would really appreciate some help with carrying everything upstairs.
Absolutely! If your child's having difficulty in choosing from one of our party theme's or maybe you have more than one slumber party, we are more than happy for you to mix and match our teepees. If it works for you, it will likely work for us too.

ONCE UPON A SLEEPOVER DOES NOT SUPPLY PILLOWS DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS. ANY TOLLS WILL BE ADDED TO THE TOTAL COST OF THE PARTY.
